Academy Free Work
At the Academy, we use Free Work to observe, analyze and teach.
Without added pressure from external sources, we are able to "see" our canines for who they are. Sensory integration through tactile, auditory, visual and olfactory senses allow us to Help each canine become more confident and become less reactive to negative pressures from a lack of acclimation and familiarization.
Cooperative Care Grooming
At the Academy, we understand that dogs may be stressed, anxious and nervous from attending and receiving traditional grooming services.
We help dogs become comfortable with the grooming process without added pressure from external sources. We use a combination of Positive Reinforcement and Empathy that allows us to Help each canine become more confident and become less reactive to negative pressures or previous trauma.
